If you're traveling by air, Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) is the most convenient airport. It's about a 30–35 minute drive to downtown Annapolis. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is also nearby, though travel times can vary depending on D.C. traffic. Without traffic, the drive is typically 40–45 minutes. We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft from the airport. If you plan to explore Annapolis or the surrounding area during your stay, renting a car is also a great option.

We highly recommend booking your hotel early to secure the best rates, as Annapolis can get quite busy (and pricey!) during the summer. We've reserved a block of rooms at the Graduate by Hilton Annapolis at a guaranteed rate of $309 per night. This rate is available until May 5, 2027.

We also have courtesy room blocks of 10 rooms at both the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis Downtown ($259 per night) and Fairfield Inn & Suites Annapolis ($184 per night). Please note that the discounted rate requires a two-night stay on both Friday and Saturday, and rooms must be booked by April 20, 2027.

You're welcome to stay wherever you'd like, of course. However, we're planning to provide shuttle service from the hotels listed below to the reception. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you'll need to arrange your own transportation. If you're driving, complimentary parking will be available at the venue.
